OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at the address below and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action against us relating to the Site.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. Sections 3, 5, 6, 9 through 12, and 15 survive termination.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
15. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them without restriction.
