This Privacy Policy explains how Business Maximization Inc (“Bizmax,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit bizmaxinc.com (the “Site”), contact us, or interact with our advertising. It also explains the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
Business Maximization Inc is a Florida corporation located at 6800 SW 65th Ave, Miami, FL 33143. We build diagnostic tools and services for business owners. Our products, including Discover Hidden Profits, may be offered on separate websites that carry their own privacy policies. This policy covers the Site only.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email us, request information, or sign up for updates, we collect what you send: typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described in Section 3.
Information from advertising and analytics partners. If you arrive at the Site from an advertisement, we may receive campaign and click data from the platform that served it (for example, Meta or Google), such as the ad you clicked and an identifier for that click.
3. Cookies, pixels, and tracking technologies
We use cookies (small files stored on your device) and pixels (small pieces of code) to make the Site work, understand how it is used, and measure and improve our advertising. Specifically, the Site may use:
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms, Inc.), which lets us measure the effectiveness of ads on Facebook and Instagram, build audiences for advertising, and show you ads based on your visit to the Site. Meta may use this data in accordance with its own Data Policy.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google LLC), which help us understand Site traffic and measure ad performance. Google's use of data is described in its Privacy Policy.
- Essential cookies required for the Site to function and for security.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through the choices in Section 6. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
4. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- To understand how visitors use the Site and which content is useful.
- To measure, optimize, and deliver advertising, including showing ads for our products to people who have visited the Site and to audiences similar to them.

5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers that host the Site, deliver email, provide analytics, or otherwise help us operate, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- Advertising partners such as Meta and Google, which receive data through the technologies described in Section 3 to measure and deliver ads. Under some state privacy laws this is considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising,” and you can opt out as described in Section 6.
- Affiliated products. If you move from the Site to one of our product sites, such as Discover Hidden Profits, information you provide there is governed by that site's policy.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property, or to investigate fraud.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
6. Advertising and your choices
- Meta: adjust your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences and manage off-Facebook activity in your Meta account settings.
- Google: manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Industry opt-outs: optout.aboutads.info (Digital Advertising Alliance) and optout.networkadvertising.org (Network Advertising Initiative).
- Browser and device settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required by law.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or write to us at the address below.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Correspondence is generally kept while we have an ongoing relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterward. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the settings of the relevant platform.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell personal information for money and do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. To opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, use the choices in Section 6 or contact us. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights.
Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing are your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
To exercise any right, email bill@bizmaxinc.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf.
10. Children
The Site is intended for business owners and operators and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International visitors
We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws different from your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
12. Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, including our product sites and third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law.
